Founded in 2015, Goldenstone Immigration Consulting is dedicated to helping clients achieve their dream of immigrating to Canada. Our team comprises experienced immigration consultants (CICC members), certified public accountants, and experts from various fields. Ben (Zhaobin) Liu

 

Ph.D., Regulated Canadian  Immigration Consultant, R515061

Ben Liu is the founder of Goldenstone Immigration Consulting in Regina, Saskatchewan. A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC R515061) and licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), he holds a Ph.D. in civil and transportation engineering from the University of Regina.


Before founding Goldenstone in 2022, Ben spent over a decade in policy and systems management roles at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Regina and is an active CAPIC member.

Ben specializes in SINP streams, employer-sponsored work permits (including LMIA), family sponsorship, and international student pathways. He is also a licensed foreign worker recruiter in Saskatchewan and an authorized representative for SaskPolytech and the University of Regina.

Qian Zhou

 

M. Sci., Canadian Certified Public Accountant

Qian is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Having lived in Canada for over 20 years, she understands the financial challenges newcomers face and provides personalized guidance to help individuals and families build a strong foundation in Canada.

Alisa is a document preparation specialist known for her meticulous attention to detail. With extensive experience and a background in international student recruitment, she ensures every application is handled with precision and care. Alisa is recognized for her strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment to delivering timely, high-quality support to clients throughout their immigration journey.

    Bob Friedrich

    Program Coordinator

    Bob brings over 30 years of experience with the Government of Canada, specializing in multiculturalism and immigrant settlement. He has worked across five federal departments and led numerous award-winning projects. Following his public service career, Bob founded multiple enterprises and continues to consult for organizations such as the University of Regina and Vancouver Public Library. He serves as a Program Coordinator, contributing extensive expertise and leadership to our team.
